Research by MIT Technology Review and FiveTran indicates 82% of C-suite executives view scaling AI and generative AI use cases as a top priority for creating business value this year.
While 83% of those surveyed cite they have identified various data sources that must be bought together in order to enable their AI initiatives, BUT the challenge of how they bring that data together to satisfy reporting needs and operational workflows still remains.
Supporting these findings, a recent Pure Storage study showed that more than three-quarters (81%) of organisations are unprepared for the data demands required for AI.
It is clear, as organisations navigate the challenges of 2024, the demand for effective AI implementation has never been greater, but the leap to AI readiness remains vast.
